The retail practice has a focused CoE (Center of Excellence), which is driving innovation

Supply Chain Execution
Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR)– for consumer goods
and retail companies. This solution framework is platform independent, and helps
eliminate the risk of stock-outs and associated lost sales. Our Supply Chain Execution
solution has been successfully deployed on the SAP platform, for a Fortune 100 Consumer
Goods company, and has helped enable a 50% reduction in overall inventory levels,
and improved service levels from 95% to 99.6%.
Inventory Disposal Management – for consumer goods and retail companies. This solution
framework helps rationalize the SKU management process by enabling timely identification
and disposal of slow-moving products. This solution has been successfully deployed
on the SAP BW platform, for a Fortune 500 Consumer Goods company, and has helped
reduce inventory carrying costs by over USD 3m on an annualized basis.
Procurement Process Optimization – for consumer goods, retail and hi-tech companies.
The focal point of Supply Chain Execution, this solution framework facilitates re-engineering
of current distributed, multi-system supply chain execution systems, into a consolidated
system, which can be used across geographies, and is compliant with Rosettanet standards.
This has been successfully deployed on the Baan platform, for a Fortune 20 company
, and has resulted in annualized savings of USD 15m, due to reduced transaction
costs and associated reduction in complexities.
RFID Solutions- RFID provides benefits of reduced pilferage and superior Supply
